Installation Policy: Returns cannot be accepted or supported once the digital cluster has been activated, mapped, or physically installed in the vehicle.
Unopened Returns: If you choose to return an unopened box, requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery receipt. The buyer is responsible for all original shipping fees and return freight charges.
Shipping Damage Protection: Inspect your package closely upon arrival. If the shipping box or components appear damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the original exterior courier packaging and internal product box so we can expedite a replacement claim.
