At the core of this system is the revolutionary Delta Joint PRO, offering up to 90 degrees of bind-free articulation to maximize front wheel travel when paired with high-performance coilovers. Featuring a hardened chromoly ball with 56% more bearing surface area than standard joints and graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, the Delta Joint PRO delivers the durability of a sealed factory ball joint alongside uniball-level performance.

Designed to withstand harsh off-road elements, each joint features improved internal lubrication sealing, integrated grease fittings, and stylish black anodized billet aluminum dust caps. Frame pivot points feature CNC-machined housings equipped with greaseable, dual-stage polyurethane bushings for smooth, quiet, and responsive operation.

Installation Notes

• Requires aftermarket wheels with lower offset / less backspacing to ensure adequate tire-to-control-arm clearance.
• All pivot bushings and Delta Joint PROs feature grease zerk fittings and should be lubricated with high-quality grease during installation.
• Complete alignment is required immediately following installation to set correct toe, caster, and camber angles.

Yes. The Delta Joint PRO is 100% rebuildable and fully serviceable. Any component—including the ball, shaft, or sintered metal races—can be inspected and replaced individually.

Can I run these upper control arms with factory wheels?

Factory wheel and tire combinations with high backspacing may cause contact with the control arm. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels with a 5" to 5.625" backspacing.
